lokAsamasthA sukhino bhavantu:
Since the beginning of humanity, this is the central bhAva of all the great sages of yore who attained that real bliss after becoming one with ‘That’, the Creator. They all wished for the remaining all people who are not in the same place, where they should be. So they prayed for all those people and the common bhAva was saRve bhavantu sukhinA: saRve santu nirAmaya:
This is a prayer and at the same time, a great blessing from a totally pure heart. With this selfless bhAvana, a group conceived a great concept in the form of Punarnava Ayurveda and vaidyagrAma – for service of all…. To motivate the suffering people to go back to the source through the great knowledge of Ayurveda, imparted by the ancestors.
This is just the beginning of a great & purposeful journey on the path of a great tradition.

 |
| Summer Cool - Water boiled with coriander seeds is good in fighting the heat. Milk, diluted buttermilk, tender coconut water, fresh fruit juices etc. are good for summer!
|
| Summer Sleep - In summer, day sleep is ayurvedically permitted for those who are physically exhausted due to exposure to sun. But it should be resorted to in a room that is least heated up.
