| Bath & digestion - Do not have a bath immediately after eating food. There should be a gap of at least 2 hours between intake of food and bath.

| Ghee & Honey - Do not take ghee & honey in equal quantity as it leads to indigestion. If indigestion is caused by ghee, drink hot water; whereas if indigestion is caused by honey, drink cold water.
