Deep & easy sleep - Application of warm sesame oil on the plantar surface of the foot enables deep and easy sleep. Drinking warm buffalo's milk at night is also good for sleep.
Yoghurt /curds - Daily intake of yoghurt/curds is not advised since it is difficult to digest, and can lead to skin diseases and constipation.
